I'm delighted to announce that our forthcoming documentary looking at stillbirth has officially gone into early stages of pre-production. Our new film, Empty Arms (working title) will be shooting over the next few months. After having our meeting with Sands in London today, we are going to prepare and begin our film following parents along their journey of coping with their loss, trying again for another baby and learning to live without their child.

All the planning will be underway over the next few weeks before we begin our shoot. Sands and ourselves will be raising money to make this film independently. If you are interested in working with us by supporting our film financially, or taking part in our film please do contact us here.

Our shooting crew will be: Debbie Howard Director/Producer/Camera and Grant Bridgeman on Sound.

We hope to have a powerful trailer made by the Sheffield Doc Fest 2012 where we will pitch for finance to complete our post production.

I am currently attending the Sheffield Doc Fest and having a truly remarkable time. This festival is jam packed with amazing masterclasses, brilliant films and Q&A's. I've attended so many sessions over the last three days and two more days to go yet.  It's absolutely fantastic amunition for the preparation of our forthcoming documentary about stillbirth and baby loss. I will be having my meeting with Sands next week in London, and then will go into pre-production. After this festival I am so inspired - I just can't wait to get started! Thanks to the whole team that put on this festival. It's really incredible.

Very pleased to discover that The Girl with the World in her Hair has just screened at the Blue Plum animation festival in Tennessee, and was very well received.  We look forward to getting into more festivals soon, as we're currently submitting to many festivals around the world.
